LG G3 launched in India : Flagship war Continues

LG just launched their flagship device, LG G3 in India at a launch event held at Mumbai. As was expected the phone is priced similar to the other flagships like HTC One (M8), Sony Experia Z2 or Samsung Galaxy S5. Its 16GB version is priced for `47,900 and 32GB version is priced at `50,900. Its currently available on Infibeam

The phone is LTE enabled so no problem should be there on the connectivity end. The G3 India launch offer also includes a discount of `5000 on company’s latest Android Wear based G Watch which was available from Google’s Play Store. For the time being LG is giving 1500 Collector's Edition LG G3 with Mr. Amitabh Bachhan's signature too.

First a look at its specifications.
·        CPU : 25 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801
·        GPU : Adreno 330
·        Storage & RAM : 16GB Internal with 2GB RAM or 32GB Internal with 3GB RAM(expandable to 128GB through microSD card)
·        OS : Android 4.4.2 KitKat
·        Rear Camera : 13MP OIS with Laser Auto-focus and Dual LED Flash

These specifications are just enough for someone to know how powerful this beast is. Also LG has redesigned the UI making it more flat, sort of resembling the Google Now Card interface.

The G3 shares its design with its predecessor which is LG G2. There are no buttons on the sides, everything from power button to volume rockers at the back panel which was introduced first on LG G2. Although the company has redesigned it but it looks fabulous. Also LG also launched Quick Circle case but as of now there is no news of its availability in India.
