HTC Releases One E8 and Desire 616 in India

HTC One M8’s more affordable version HTC One E8 is finally in India. Today it was launched in an event in New Delhi and along-with E8, HTC also launched HTC Desire 616. Both the smartphones are priced at ₹34, 990 and ₹16, 900 respectively. E8 will be available later in this month and Desire 616 will hit the stores tomorrow. Both are Dual-SIM and have Blinkfeed.

On the photography front, HTC has ditched the Duo Camera from the One (M8), and is offering a 13-megapixel rear camera instead. At the front though, HTC has kept things same with a 5-megapixel snapper. Connectivity options include LTE support, WiFi, GPRS and NFC.

E8 will be available in 4 colors, Polar White, Electric Crimson, Maldives Blue, and Misty Gray. The non-metal version of the HTC One M8, the E8 maintains the elegant design and form factor of the M8.
