Having difficulty in using Windows Phone? Microsoft to the Rescue

Microsoft already had a hard time in getting a strong customer base for its Windows Phone based mobiles. And above that the consumers feel sometimes struggling to get their work done. But now it’s not a big problem. Microsoft has launched a “How To” website that gives small tutorials on various options available on a Windows Phone.

This step-by-step guide touches every aspect of the latest Windows Phone 8.1 and explains how to get it done. It’s been done quite nicely and Microsoft has compiled a whole lot of things with the shortest way to get it done.

The website is quite simple – it has the list of things on one side with a big Windows Phone device (probably a Lumia) on the other. Just select the function from the list and its tutorial is played alongside.
